He served in the customs authorities for more than 23 years, was directly involved in the preparation of regulatory legal documents on combating violations of customs rules, and has wide experience in law
enforcement intelligence in cases of smuggling and violations of customs rules.
Awarded the honorary title of Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is an expert of the United Nations and the World Customs Organization.
