He served in the customs authorities for more than 20 years, was directly involved in the preparation of regulatory documents related to service in customs authorities, and has wide experience in combating
violations of customs rules and conducting official investigations.
Awarded the Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan For Distinction in Public Service;
Jubilee Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 25th Anniversary of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1992-2017).
Awarded certificates from the World Customs Organization and some
other international organizations.
He is the author of the books ‘Constitutional Rights and Freedoms of a Human and Citizen,’ ‘Constitutional Duties of a Citizen of Azerbaijan,’ and ‘Smuggling’.
